Carondelet Summer Theatre Academy
Carondelet Catholic School is excited to announce our second annual Carondelet Summer Theatre Academy. Through challenging exercises and personalized instruction, students will gain a deeper understanding of the craft of theatre and will continue to build their acting, singing and dance skills. Of course, we’ll also have fun and the Academy will conclude with a full musical production performed under the stars for family and friends!
Who Can Register?
Enrollment priority will be given to Carondelet students currently enrolled in grades 5-8, and alumni of Carondelet Catholic School. Registration will be open to non-Carondelet students if space is available.
Session & Performance Dates/Times:
The Academy will meet for two weeks – Monday through Friday – for four hours each day. Two separate sessions are available:
Session I:
June 13 – 24, 2011
10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Carondelet's Upper Campus
Performance – June 24 at 12:30 PM and 7 PM (St. Thomas the Apostle Backyard/Courtyard)
Session II:
July 25 – August 5, 2011
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Performance – August 5 at 12:30 PM and 7 PM (St. Thomas the Apostle Backyard/Courtyard)
Cost/Registration Application:
The cost of the Summer Theatre Academy is $300 and includes a camp t-shirt. Applications are due May 6, 2011 and can be turned into the school office, with checks made payable to Big Picture Ventures.
