They learned how to clean containers for insects (1--wash with soapy water, rinse with cleanwater; 2—rinse with a 5% Hylex solution, rinse with clean water; 3—rinse with a salty water solution, rinse with clean water; 4—rinse again with clean water; Dry).  They learned how to change the milkweed.  In 7-3, students also learned how to select the milkweed. In 7-4, students helped release the adult monarchs into the garden.
