Directions:
1. You are going to plan a road trip to another region of
the United States.
2. You may work individually or with a partner (no groups
allowed). If I hear or see
conflict over choosing partners, I will choose for you. You will receive one blanket grade.
3. All of your material must be typed and well organized.
4. You will have a budget of $5000. You cannot spend more, but you may try
to make your trip as economical as possible. Be creative; consider camping, inexpensive hotels, visit
relatives, etc.
5. You will be taking one of your household
vehicles. You must use that
vehicle to determine the cost of gas throughout the trip. For example: If my car gets 30 miles per gallon, I can calculate how much
gas it takes to reach each destination, thus determining the travel cost in my
budget.
