Karate
Through a partnership with Sterling Karate, Carondelet is pleased to offer Karate classes designed specifically for school-age children. In addition to having fun, students will master basic self-defense techniques and use games and role-playing to learn how to set boundaries and control their space in self-defense situations.
Classes are held on Tuesday mornings at 8:45-9:40 AM on Carondelet's lower campus. (Upper campus students will be bused back to their campus following class).
